By using the Pro Nails online booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our booking platform.
Booking Services
Service Availability
- Appointments are subject to availability and staff scheduling
- We reserve the right to modify service offerings and pricing
- Booking confirmations are sent via SMS to your provided phone number
- All appointments must be verified through our SMS system
Booking Requirements
- Valid phone number required for SMS verification
- Consent to receive SMS notifications is mandatory
- Accurate personal information must be provided
- You must be 18+ or have parental consent to book

SMS Consent & Usage
By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS, you agree that:
- We may send appointment-related messages to your phone
- Message frequency varies based on your booking activity
- Standard message and data rates may apply
- You can opt-out anytime by replying "STOP"
Message Types
- Verification Codes: Required for booking security
- Confirmations: Appointment booking confirmations
- Reminders: Upcoming appointment notifications
- Updates: Changes or cancellations to your appointments
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellation Requirements
- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Contact Method: Call (270) 735-9158 to cancel or reschedule
- Late Cancellations: May result in a cancellation fee
- Emergency Exceptions: Considered on a case-by-case basis
No-Show Policy
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount
- Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions
- 15-minute grace period for late arrivals
- Late arrivals may result in shortened service time
User Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Provide truthful and current contact information
- Phone Access: Ensure your phone can receive SMS messages
- Timely Arrival: Arrive on time for your scheduled appointments
- Health Disclosure: Inform us of any relevant health conditions
- Respectful Behavior: Treat staff and other customers with respect
- System Misuse: Do not abuse or attempt to hack our booking system
Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for SMS delivery failures by carriers
- Technical issues may occasionally affect booking availability
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
Damages
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
